No...but it helps.

Luckily word processors today do a pretty good job helping with spelling - and I mean good, not grate [sic]. It’s a shame they don’t do such a good job for punctuation.

Ah that's where I'm a stickler - the brain is a punctuation purist but those fingers don't wait.....
